Giver: For this exercise, you will inquire to find out if your receiver has anything they're anxious, stressed or worried about. Use the tool and your words to soothe them.
Receiver: Get in to receiving mode, and try to be as honest as you can with the giver about anything stressful you are holding on to. And then just lay back and let go.
